Position: Talent Acquisition Associate
Experience: 2+ Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Notice period: Immediate joiners only
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Associate with at least 2+ years of Non technical hiring experience in BPO / ITES. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and have a proven track record of successfully closing roles in technical and functional areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job roles and hiring strategies
- Use innovative sourcing via job portals, social media, referrals, and events
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS regularly
- Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate fit
- Extend job offers and manage pre-joining formalities
- Track and analyze hiring metrics for process improvement
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 2 years Talent Acquisition experience in BPO / ITES
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and hiring best practices
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in ATS tools and MS Office
