Product Specialist (Java L3 Support)

Were looking for an Product Specialist candidate with experience in Java / C++, Troubleshooting, Debugging, and to join our team in Bangalore- Hybrid work schedule.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Product Specialist.

Technology Youll Use

Troubleshoot issues like, unexpected termination/memory leak/performance issue. Proficiency in java and C++ source code and also exposure in analysing Heap dump, Thread dump, Jstack,pstack,strace,GDB and proficiency in troubleshooting tools like tcpdump/wireshark/java runtime injection, DB performance tunings, memory profilers/analyzers.

Your Role ResponsibilitiesHeres What Youll Do

Troubleshoot complex technical problems, proposing probable fixes, and working with the customer and Informatica development to resolve technical roadblocks.
Will also support the customers implementation process, working with our customers implementation teams and Informatica technical support.
Knowledge of CFCN, serverless paradigm with the ability to understand issues in cloud native applications is has must have skill.
Troubleshoot issues not only in product but also on generic stacks like system/network/echo systems (Azure/GCP/AWS) is an additional expectation from the role.
The ability to develop tools for multiple endpoints ( odbc/message queue/rest/ echo systems end points) would be an added advantage.

What Wed Like to See

You are knowledgeable in cloud architecture-based applications with an understanding of how these applications are designed/developed for scale and performance.
You are comfortable programming in JAVA, and have in-depth knowledge of systems (OS) programming.

Role Essentials

3+ years of industry experience in Java environment or enterprise software sustenance/support.
Bachelors degree in computer engineering/Technology.
