About the Role
AI Architect with a strong background in Quality Engineering to lead the design and implementation of intelligent systems that enhance software quality, testing automation, and delivery efficiency. This role combines deep expertise in AI/ML technologies with hands-on experience in quality assurance, test strategy, and engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect AI Solutions for quality engineering use cases such as intelligent test automation, defect prediction, root cause analysis, and self-healing systems.
- Design and implement agentic AI workflows that integrate with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI-driven quality metrics and guardrails.
- Lead the development of ML models for anomaly detection, performance monitoring, and predictive analytics.
- Ensure security, scalability, and compliance of AI systems across the SDLC.
- Evaluate and integrate AI tools and platforms.
- Mentor engineering teams on AI best practices and quality engineering principles.
- Drive innovation through proof-of-concepts, pilot programs, and continuous improvement.
Key Skills
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven experience in quality engineering, test automation, and DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of AI design patterns, especially agentic and tool-use patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with model governance, and secure AI development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
