Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Define and govern end-to-end testing strategy across applications identified for automation.
Develop a hybrid test automation approach and strategy to support delivery in Agile environments.
Drive defect prevention, conduct root cause analysis, and aim for zero-defect delivery.
Ensure testing practices are aligned with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with Program Managers, Product Owners, Architects, and QA stakeholders to ensure quality and alignment with business goals.
Ensure all QA activities comply with regulatory and security standards.

Required Experience & Skills

23 years of hands-on experience with Katalon Studio (must-have).
Strong background in test automation, including:

Designing automation frameworks from scratch.
Delivering automation projects in Agile mode.
Experience working in an Automation Factory setup.

Proficient in CI/CD integration using tools such as:

Azure DevOps (ADO)
Jenkins
GitLab
Google Cloud Build

Hands-on role with a focus on technical implementation, not managerial tasks.
