Job Description

We re hiring a seasoned and strategic Cyber Security Lead to join our Information Security Group (ISG) at Grazitti Interactive. This leadership role involves designing robust cybersecurity strategies, managing incident response, ensuring compliance, and fostering a strong security culture across the organization.

Key Skills

5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or related technical roles

Proven track record of leading cybersecurity projects or teams

Expertise in security operations, incident response, and threat intelligence

Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance

Experience with security tools, firewalls, SIEM, and endpoint protection

Solid grasp of secure architecture principles and risk management

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Relevant certifications (e.g., OSCP, CEH, eJPT) are a strong plus

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement enterprise-level cybersecurity strategies aligned with business goals

Oversee daily security operations monitoring, threat detection, and response

Lead incident response efforts and establish/improve standard operating procedures

Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies

Stay ahead of cyber threats through ongoing threat intelligence analysis

Ensure adherence to cybersecurity compliance standards and frameworks

Design and implement secure IT architectures in collaboration with engineering teams

Train internal teams and promote a culture of security awareness across departments
