Role & responsibilities

• Sourcing OPT, H1B candidates from Job portals and network, prior database of OPT candidates.
• Strong convincing skills.
• Good Knowledge on H1 Transfers.
• Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarding.
• Should poses good knowledge on various technologies in the market.
• Need to have knowledge on Tax term like C2C, W2.
• Need to maintain good relationship with team members as well consultants.
• Maintaining good database.
• Your job role includes Calling OPT/H4 EAD/L2 EAD/ Greencard /Citizen candidates and explaining them about our company's on- boarding/training/tax benefits and bringing them on payrolls of our company./Getting W2 Consultants to company and Marketing bench consultants.
• Resource Executive (Bringing OPT/H4 EAD/L2 EAD/ Green card /Citizen consultants on company payroll for Bench marketing.
• FYI-We are marketing our bench consultants on full time positions .
• Location: Begumpet ,Hyderabad.

Preferred candidate profile

• We are looking for the candidates who are willing to work in the night shifts
• Candidate should have the 2 to 7 years experience in OPT Recruiter
• Candidate should have the Basic knowledge on OPT Hiring

Strong understanding of the US market, including current trends and technologies.

• Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement over phone call
