Job Description
Primary skills
- Domain & Product knowledge: Structured Finance. Expertise in Commercial Lending domain, with hands-on experience on FIS Commercial Lending Solutions (CLS) or ACBS
- Test Management: Proficiency in designing, executing test cases, both manually, and using automated tools, to verify that the software behaves as expected by users.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, data visualization software (e.g. PowerBI) for extracting insights from large datasets.
- Data Migration: Hands-on experience on any ETL tool Preferred
- Advanced communication skills: ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, present findings, and write functional/technical documentation.
- Stakeholders management: ability to identify, analyze, and manage the expectations and requirements of stakeholders. Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to ensure their support and cooperation.
Secondary skills
- Agile methodologies: understanding of agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban and related project management tools (JIRA).
- Behavior Driven Development (BDD): Hands-on experience of frameworks and practices, with experience using Cucumber/Gherkin, and X-ray tools.
- Parameter-driven applications: familiarity with enterprise systems like Finastra FBTI using message injection such as XML.
- Critical and analytical thinking: capability to analyze complex business problems, prioritize requirements, and propose innovative solutions.
- System analysis: proficiency for documenting system requirements and workflows, familiarity with documentation system (e.g. confluence, UML).
- API integration: Understanding of API integration and web services that may be in scope of end-to-end testing with external systems.
