Job Description
We are currently hiring for Architectural Project Coordinator U.S. Client Engagement & Design Support
Were currently hiring for an Architectural Project Coordinator to work with our U.S.-based clients, specifically builders and contractors, and support our internal design teams from India. This is an excellent opportunity to work on international projects while contributing to strategic client engagement and project execution.
Qualification: B.Arch
Job Location : Begumpet , Hyderabad
Shift Timing: 9PM IST - 6AM IST
Salary: As per the experience and market standards
Key Highlights of the Role:
- Engage with builders and contractors in the U.S., especially in California, and clearly explain the architectural and drafting services we offer.
- Convince prospects in a technical manner how our team can add value to their projects with cost-effective, high-quality design support
- Schedule and facilitate meetings between U.S. leads and our onsite architectural team
- Build a strong network of repeat clients by developing long-term relationships with U.S. builders and contractors
- Coordinate closely with our internal architectural team once projects are won, ensuring smooth delivery, document management, and execution oversight
Additional Responsibilities:
- Prepare feasibility reports, organize and manage project timelines, drawing logs, and permit documentation
- Work across tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office Suite, and Google Drive
- Maintain consistent communication and documentation quality across time zones
What Were Looking For:
- 2-10 years of experience in architectural coordination or design support
- Excellent communication skills both client-facing and internal team coordination
- Familiarity with international clients, especially U.S.-based projects
- A proactive mindset and willingness to work closely with both marketing and architectural teams
