Job Description

• 7+ years of experience in US IT staffing and recruitment.
• Proven track record in successfully placing IT professionals across various domains (Cloud, Data Engineering, Java, .NET, DevOps, QA, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of US tax terms: W2, C2C, 1099 .
• Experience working with various visa types: US Citizens, GC Holders, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD .
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Bullhorn, CEIPAL, JobDiva, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work in night shifts to support US time zones.
