Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source top talent from various sources such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates through phone calls or emails.
- Provide regular updates on candidate progress to both parties involved.
- Ensure timely communication with all stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of US staffing industry trends and regulations.
- 2-7 years of experience in US engineering recruitment (C2C/US IT Recruitment).
- Should have good stability Minimum 2 years experience in recent company.
- should have US IT/Engineering hiring experience.
- should be ready to work from office.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client coordination and candidate management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
