We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our core Strategic Response Management (SRM) offering, with a particular emphasis on leveraging AI technology. This individual will be responsible for driving product strategy, defining product roadmap, and overseeing the successful execution of product initiatives. • Product Planning & Execution: Collaborate with product leaders to define strategy and roadmap. Use data-driven prioritization for feature development. Maintain a refined backlog for strategic alignment.


• Development & Delivery: Lead end-to-end feature execution, breaking down requirements into epics and user stories. Manage release plans with clear scope and acceptance criteria. Ensure feasibility and quality through technical collaboration.


• Customer Focus & Innovation: Gather insights from research, feedback, and data to inform decisions. Leverage AI for automation and innovation. Identify emerging technologies to enhance products.


• Cross-functional Leadership: Align with sales, marketing, and customer success for effective launches. Communicate roadmap and benefits. Own product collaterals.


• Performance & Optimization: Define and track KPIs. Establish feedback loops to refine and improve product performance.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. MBA is a plus

• Minimum 3 years of product management experience in software or technology products.


• Proven track record of managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for B2B SaaS products.


• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and best practices.


• Technical background or hands-on experience in software development is a plus.


• Experience with AI-driven products or technologies is an added advantage.


• Experience in the domain of Request for Proposal, Security software like VRM(Vendor Risk Management) and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) will be a plus.

• Strategic thinking Product Manager with a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and delivering customer-centric solutions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and leverage data to drive product decisions.


• Proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating across disciplines.


• Experience as a Product Owner (PO), driving the design, development, and timely launch of high-quality features with strong user adoption.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments, senior stakeholders, and global teams (US, India).
