Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events
Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates
Coordinate interviews between clients and potential candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process
Stay updated on industry trends and developments in IT staffing

Desired Candidate Profile:

3 6 years of experience in technical recruitment or a related field (C2H, Contract Hiring)
Strong understanding of IT staffing principles and practices
Excellent communication skills for effective candidate sourcing and client coordination
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines
