Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager Accounts Receivable (US Healthcare) to lead our AR operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US healthcare revenue cycle management, particularly in AR follow-ups, denial handling, and client coordination. The role involves managing a team, ensuring SLA adherence, driving performance, and improving collection efficiency while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

Lead and manage the AR team handling US healthcare clients.
Oversee end-to-end AR functions follow-ups, denials, collections, and cash flow.
Ensure achievement of client SLAs and reduction in aging/DSO.
Handle client communication, reporting, and issue resolution.
Drive team performance through training, quality checks, and regular reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (coding, billing, eligibility) for smooth RCM operations.
Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines.
