HCL Tech hiring Engineer- (Casting ,Creo , Surface Modeling) -Bangalore

CAD Tool: Should have minimum of 5 years hands on experience in Creo.

1. 5-8 years of experience in Casting design or Engine Casting design.
2. Provide CAD support for designing and drafting of complex casting components for engine using Creo-Part modeling,
3. Advanced Part modeling, Surfacing modeling techniques & Creation of Manufacturing drawings & drawing standard knowledge.
4. Provide CAD support for designing and drafting Drivetrain components - housings, gears, shafts, etc. as per Creo-Modeling best Practices.
5. Manufacturing process knowledge for designing and modeling of components using Casting, forging, and machining process knowledge
6. Experience in Creating production drawings of Castings, machining drawings with GD&T.
7. Experience in Skeleton modeling, copy-geometry merge inheritance and reverse engineering
8. Creates Sheet metal parts, Assemblies, and their drawings.
9. Must be Goal oriented with good communication skills.
10. Knowledge in Wind-chill is an added advantage
11. Creo simulate experience is an added advantage
12. Knowledge in designing Large and small Castings
13. Able to do basic mechanical design calculations.
