Job Description
Job Title: Technical Trainer FS Java
Location: Vijayawada, India

Key Qualifications
Essential:
- 5-10 years of experience in technical training, with a focus on Java, Spring, and related technologies.
- Expertise in Java Core & Advanced, Hibernate, Spring Core & MVC.
- Certification in one or more of the following: Java, Hibernate, Spring Core & MVC (mandatory).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for mentoring and coaching freshers.
Desirable:
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Angular JS 9, Struts, SOAP & REST web services, JAX-WS, React JS, Node JS.
- Familiarity with DevOps Tools for CI/CD, Azure/AWS Cloud (PAAS), VMware, Containerization, and Container Orchestration.
- Ability to adapt and deliver training on emerging technologies.
Key Competencies
Essential:
- Content Building: Experience in creating training materials and hands-on labs for Java-related and cloud technologies.
- Delivery Skills: Proficient in delivering training sessions to diverse audiences, including freshers and experienced professionals.
- Communication Sharing: Strong written and verbal communication skills to share knowledge effectively with trainees and stakeholders.
- Passion for Mentoring: A strong desire to train, mentor, and develop fresh talent in the field of Java and Cloud technologies.
Desirable:
- Prior Experience in Training Service Delivery: Proven track record of delivering training in a corporate setting, ideally within a tech environment.
- Influence Key Decision Makers: Ability to work with senior leaders and stakeholders to assess training needs and drive changes in the curriculum.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Java and cloud computing technologies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs on Java, Spring, Hibernate, and related technologies.
- Create and update training content for both foundational and advanced-level Java courses.
- Conduct live training sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs.
- Assess trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training material is aligned with real-world applications and evolving technologies.
- Participate in mentoring and coaching programs for freshers and junior developers.
- Continuously enhance training offerings to keep up with the latest trends and technologies in the software development space.
