Job Description

Role:

We are looking for  Key Account Manager to manage key enterprise accounts and drive growth through upselling, cross-selling, and long-term client partnerships. The person should also have experience in acquiring new Clients. 

Key Requirements:

  • 1012 years experience in Key Account management.
  • Strong relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to handle client inquiries, ensure service delivery within budget, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Good CRM hygiene 
  • Experience working with sales and internal teams to achieve KPIs.
  • Technical acumen in IT solution and services; knowledge of Digital twin, digital automation, AI and IoT, IT staff augmentation will be a key focus
  • Sales Acumen and a thirst to achieve new Clients
  • Nurture relationship with clients to position services based on clients budget. 
  • Go getter attitude and be willing to stretch an extra mile to ensure customer queries are fast tracked. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
