Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Corporate Recruiting, Sales Hiring, Screening, Applicant Tracking Systems Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
Conduct thorough interviews, evaluate candidates qualifications, and provide assessments and recommendations for potential hires.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Outline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role.

Key skills

Education: Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS, with advanced skills in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
Master's Degree(MBA/PGDM) 80% in 10th &12th.
Should have laptop/internet/android.
