Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
  • Coordinate bulk hiring campaigns, including sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate fitment with company culture and requirements.
  • Ensure timely onboarding of new employees by coordinating induction processes and training programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance tracking, and performance evaluations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in human resources management or related field (non-IT).
  • Strong understanding of BPO hiring, bulk hiring, team handling, team leading, volume hiring concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
