We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Presales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by understanding client needs, crafting compelling proposals, and managing complex bid processes. Your deep understanding of the Banking, Finance Services, and GBS industries, combined with your strong technical and commercial acumen, will be instrumental in securing new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

- Pre-Sales Consulting:

- Conduct in-depth needs assessments with clients to identify opportunities and tailor solutions.

- Develop compelling value propositions and solution demonstrations to showcase our offerings.

- Collaborate with sales teams to create effective sales strategies and tactics.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to sales teams throughout the sales cycle.


- Bid Management:

- Lead the development of high-quality, winning proposals, including RFP/RFI responses.

- Manage the entire bid process, from initial qualification to final submission.

- Ensure compliance with bid guidelines and deadlines.

- Analyse bid results and identify areas for improvement.


- Industry Expertise:

- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in Banking, Finance Services, and GBS.

- Leverage your deep understanding of finance accounts, supply chain, and GBS operations to address client challenges.

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.


Required Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience in a presales or consulting role within the Banking, Finance Services, or GBS industry.

- Strong understanding of finance accounts, supply chain, and GBS operations.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in proposal writing and bid management tools.

- Experience with CRM and project management tools.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or engineering.
