Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of counselors to ensure high-quality student support and consistent achievement of individual and team sales targets
- Drive the team to meet monthly admission and conversion targets through effective planning and performance tracking.
- Provide ongoing training, guidance, and constructive feedback to enhance team capabilities.
- Provide training, guidance, and regular feedback to the counseling team.
- Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs and daily/weekly reports.
- Handle escalated student queries and provide end-to-end support throughout the admission process.
- Assist in refining counseling processes to enhance student experience and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and motivational sessions.
- Achieve individual counseling targets along with overall team goals.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's/Masters degree in any discipline (Education, Management, or Psychology preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in academic/overseas education counseling, with 1+ year in a leadership role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Problem-solving attitude with a student-first approach.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and reporting dashboards is a plus.
