Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our finance

team as an OTC Cash Application Analyst. The ideal candidate will have hands-on

experience in cash application processes, strong reconciliation skills, and a solid

understanding of the end-to-end Order to Cash cycle.

Job Description:

Accurately apply incoming payments to customer accounts.
Perform daily reconciliations of bank statements and customer ledgers.
Investigate and resolve unapplied or misapplied payments.
Collaborate with collections and customer service teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
Generate and analyze cash application reports.
Maintain documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Profile Description:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or related).
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in cash application or accounts receivable.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
Strong understanding of the OTC process.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
