- You are a highly skilled and proactive Team Lead responsible for managing and guiding the development team. Your role involves overseeing project planning, execution, delivery, and support to ensure timely project completion and maintain code quality. You will lead a team of frontend, backend, UI/UX, and QA professionals, ensuring adherence to coding standards, UI/UX best practices, and testing protocols. Collaboration with designers and developers is essential to create high-quality, scalable applications using Flutter, Next.js, Python, and Node.js. Your key responsibilities include conducting regular team meetings, reviews, and performance feedback sessions. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, delegating tasks, and monitoring execution. It is crucial to collaborate effectively with project managers and clients to gather requirements and provide progress updates. Your expertise in Flutter, UI/UX principles, Python, Node.js, Next.js, and software testing will be essential in reviewing code, debugging critical issues, and optimizing performance. As the ideal candidate, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, along with proven experience in software development and a minimum of 12 years in a team lead or managerial role. Your strong project management skills, coupled with excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities, will be critical in handling multiple projects effectively. Additionally, you must have experience using version control systems like Git, agile methodologies, and project tracking tools. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, requiring you to work in person at the Calicut, Kerala location. Relocation or a reliable commute to Calicut is mandatory for this role.,
