Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage billing processes for hospital services, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing to patients.
Generate AR (Accounts Receivable) statements, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding payments.
Coordinate with insurance companies to process claims and ensure prompt payment from third-party payors.
Maintain accurate records of patient accounts, including demographic information, medical history, and treatment details.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to patient inquiries regarding billing matters.
