Role Overview
The Growth Content Strategist & HubSpot Automation Lead will drive pipeline growth through powerful content strategies, lifecycle marketing, and paid media campaigns. You will be responsible for aligning editorial planning with GTM objectives, building automation workflows in HubSpot, and translating insights into actionable outcomes.
Youll collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Design teamsowning end-to-end execution from ideation to performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Roadmap
Build and maintain the editorial calendar. Align themes with SEO priorities, sales plays, and overall GTM objectives.
Research & Insight
Conduct deep industry, competitor, and keyword research to decide what to create, why, and where it fits in the buyer journey. Translate findings into data-backed briefs for writers, designers, and SMEs.
HubSpot Lifecycle & AI Workflows
Design persona-based lead scoring, automated nurture tracks, and newsletter programs inside HubSpot. Embed Gen AI tools for faster outlines, repurposing, and distribution.
Multi-Channel Distribution
Launch and optimise paid campaigns on LinkedIn & Facebook, audience building, creative testing, budget pacing.
Performance & Optimisation
Create dashboards in HubSpot, Looker Studio etc.. Run monthly reviews; translate insights into rapid experiments and iterations.
Key Requirements
5+ years of B2B experience driving pipeline through content strategy and marketing automation.
HubSpot power-userexperienced in workflows, lead scoring, newsletters, reporting, and attribution tracking.
Proven experience with paid campaign execution across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook), and Google.
Strong research abilitycomfortable mining competitor data, market reports, and search trends to inform content direction.
Proficiency with Gen AI / LLM tools for content ideation, drafting, repurposing, and personalization.
Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals and demand generation strategies.
Data-literateable to build performance dashboards and convert insights into experiments.
Self-starter who thrives on ownership, outcomes, and continuous improvement.
Nice to Have
Experience with HubSpot CRM integrations and data syncs with other tools.
Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms like Looker Studio, GA4, or SEMrush.
Exposure to SaaS, eCommerce, or enterprise marketing environments.
