About The Role:
HexaHealth is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive - Medical Transcriptionist. The role involves creating accurate and comprehensive discharge summaries based on OT notes while ensuring compliance with medical standards. The candidate will be responsible for seamless coordination across departments, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify discharge summaries based on OT notes in coordination with
doctors.

- Review OT notes to ensure accuracy and compliance with clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with departments and HexaBuddies for seamless process execution.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of patient discharge summaries.
- Suggest process improvements for better documentation workflow.

Qualifications:
- B. Pharma / M. Pharma / B.Sc. or any healthcare-related eld
- Knowledge of medical terminology (OT and discharge processes).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare tools.
