Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops and printers (Windows and basic MacOS).
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Maintain IT equipment including AV devices (displays, conference systems).
Provide basic AV support for meeting rooms (Microsoft Teams).
Coordinate with remote teams and vendors for escalations or repairs.
Maintain inventory and update asset tracking systems.
Document solutions, maintain logs, and contribute to knowledge base articles.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
23 years of hands-on experience in IT desktop support (onsite).
Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows OS and common applications.
Basic knowledge of Audio Visual technologies and meeting room equipment.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Teams.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and support new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting IT in a corporate or professional services environment.
Exposure to ticketing systems (ServiceNow).
Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting).
