About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter Core Sourcer who can independently manage the talent sourcing lifecycle for niche and volume IT requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in market research, candidate mapping, sourcing strategies, and building qualified pipelines for technical roles across multiple domains and technologies.


Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, identify, and engage top IT talent using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, employee referrals, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical skills, and cultural fit.
  • Utilize advanced Boolean searches, X-ray searches, and other innovative sourcing methods to target passive candidates.
  • Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and interest level before moving them to next stages.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data in ATS/CRM tools.
  • Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reports on progress and market insights.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for niche skills, critical positions, and leadership hiring.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor landscape.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of proven experience in IT sourcing/recruitment with focus on core technical positions.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, platforms, and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, GitHub, etc.).
  • Excellent command over Boolean search, X-ray search, and advanced sourcing methods.
  • Familiarity with IT skills such as Java, Python, .NET, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, ERP, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
