Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and deliver training programs for sales teams, focusing on product knowledge, selling skills, and soft skills.
Develop customized training materials and presentations to meet specific business needs.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure trainee progress and effectiveness of training programs.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop high-quality training content.
Provide coaching support to trainers on effective delivery techniques.
