Job Title: ML Developer
Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled ML Developer to join our team in building cutting-edge
AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will be familiar with LangChain, Large Language
Models (LLMs), and the development of efficient Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
workflows. This role involves working with state-of-the-art technologies to create scalable and
intelligent AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using LangChain to orchestrate LLM
workflows.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to enhance model
responses.
- Build and optimize custom pipelines integrating Vector Databases such as PineCone or
ChromaDB.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LangChain-based systems with
APIs, databases, and other platforms.
- Optimize LLM performance for scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Stay current with advancements in LLMs, LangChain, and vector search technologies.
Technical Skills Required
- Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.
- Experience with LangChain for building LLM-driven applications.
- Familiarity with Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB) and vector embeddings.
- Good understanding of Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA) and their practical
implementations.
- Experience working with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data integration.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in building and deploying RAG pipelines.
- Understanding of NLP techniques and foundational machine learning concepts.
- Awareness of data security practices and handling sensitive information.
