JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Experience in Data Analysis and Data Visualization using SQL.
Interaction with clients for various reports.
Should take accountability, self-managed and can work with minimal support/guidance,
must be proactive and confident in communicating
Creates features and stories according to business requirements
Provides detailed details between the technical and business views of the system by
ensuring that the documentation of the requirements will satisfy the needs of the business.
Anticipates and identifies opportunities for improvement of overall product.
Ensures all the points discussed accurately documented and map to approved business
needs.
Effective communication to the stakeholders of the Product
Knowledge on source to target mapping documentation who is accountable.
QUALIFICATION
B.Tech /B.E /MCA
EXPERIENCE
4+ Years of experience using SQL
4+ Years of experience on Documentation and understanding business requirements
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Solid understanding of SQL, Relational Databases and Normalization.
Understanding of AGILE methodologies and experience in working in AGILE model.
Ability to prioritize the product development process.
Knowledge of design quality guidelines.
Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies.
Excellent understanding of the Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodologies.
Excellent communication, both written and spoken, for collaborating with different teams.
Good organizational skills.
Creative and innovative thinking.
Primary Skill: SQL, SDLC, US Healthcare domain, Strong communication & documentation
