Job Description

Role purpose:

As an Engineer II Software Development, you will build high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software that complies with coding standards and technical design. To do so, you will gather user requirements, define system functionality, and write code in various languages.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop high quality code based on the requirements and design specifications.
• Participate in sprint planning and SCRUM processes.
• Review code from peers and provide your feedback.
• Work on POC for different technological upgrades or End of life softwares.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

• Java 8 & higher
• React JS
• Typescript v4 & Above
• Node.js v12 & above
• HTML5, CSS/Sass, Javascript,ES6
• Swing MVC
• Spring Boot & Spring Security, Micro Services, Rest APIs, JPA / Hibernate
• WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat
• ORACLE, MSSQL or any other relational DB
• PLSQL (optional)
• Unit Testing tools like JUnit and API testing tools like Postman
• Knowledge of CI-CD using Jenkins, Git Pipeline and repository management using JFrog Artifactory or similar other tools
• Knowledge of SCRUM and its processes using JIRA or similar tool
• Hands on with Gitlab or similar version control tools.
