Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Handle payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Address employee queries, grievances, and escalate when necessary
- Support performance appraisal cycles and feedback processes
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Organize employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives
- Assist in drafting HR policies and SOPs
- Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding formalities
- Liaise with department heads for manpower planning and HR support
- Promote a positive work culture and uphold company values
Preferred candidate profile
- 03 years of experience in HR functions (Freshers with basic HR knowledge are welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
