Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MSP Operations Specialist to support our Managed Service Provider (MSP) operations for a leading MNC client. The ideal candidate will have strong operational expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day MSP operations, ensuring compliance with client policies and processes.
- Act as a single point of contact between vendors, consultants, and client stakeholders.
- Handle onboarding, invoicing, timesheet approvals, and contractor lifecycle management.
- Track, report, and resolve operational issues within defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Finance, Procurement) to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide periodic operational updates and dashboards to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, audit, and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 46 years of proven experience in MSP operations or workforce management.
- Strong understanding of vendor management and contingent workforce processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Prior experience in an MNC/MSP setup preferred.
