Job Description
Role & responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter .
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IT sourcing, permanent staffing, vendor coordination, and consultancy-based recruitment.
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for permanent positions.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and networking.
- Work on a wide range of IT roles including Developers, Testers, Cloud, Data, ERP, and Infrastructure positions.
- Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate with vendors and consultants for candidate sourcing and pipeline management.
- Manage vendor relationships, rate negotiations, and performance tracking.
- Maintain recruitment metrics, trackers, and ATS updates.
- Ensure smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
- Follow compliance and company hiring guidelines.
