Job Description
- Assist in defining and configuring job roles, duty roles, and data roles within Oracle Fusion applications.
- Support the assignment of roles to users, ensuring appropriate access levels.
- Aid in implementing security policies, including Segregation of Duties (SoD) and data access controls.
- Assist in conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external security standards.
- Provide support in identifying and resolving security-related issues reported by end-users.
- Assist in troubleshooting access-related problems and work towards timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of security configurations, role assignments, and audit logs.
- Assist in preparing reports on security incidents and compliance status for review by senior consultants.
- Provide the required training to the users on access and functionality mapping.
- Basic understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and their security models.
- Familiarity with role-based access control (RBAC) and identity management concepts.
- Good Knowledge of HCM / SCM / FIN Roles & Privileges, HCM Duty Roles, HCM Data Roles, Privileges, Abstract Roles
Preferred candidate profile
- Knowledge of compliance standards such as SOX or GDPR.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion modules in FIN, HCM, SCM.
