Job Description

  1. Hiring BPO Voice Process Advisors for a full-time work-from-home role.
  2. Candidates must have their own laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection.
  3. Responsibilities include handling inbound voice calls, resolving customer issues.
  4. Strong verbal communication in English/Hindi /Gujarat & Marathi.
  5. Prior voice process experience is an added advantage.
  6. Willing to work in rotational shift

Work Experience : 6 months experience preferred, Freshers can also apply
