Role & responsibilities
- For women who have taken a career break due to domestic or family commitments
- Must genuinely need a home-based job due to personal circumstances
- IT Recruiters & Non IT Recruiters will be preferred
- Should be able to dedicate time between 10 AM and 6 PM ( Any 6 Hours must) this is not a part-time role
- Excellent spoken English, with no grammatical errors
- Must be comfortable using computers and internet tools.
- Must be committed to work towards simple recruitment targets
- Should be confident to take full responsibility of interacting with clients independently
- Willing to make calls to potential candidates
- Candidate from Recruitment services , Outbound Calling , Presales , cold calling will a Good Fit .
Should be able to attend a monthly in-person review meeting
- Must be available to join immediately
- Must be willing to attend a face-to-face interview with the Head
