Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to support a renowned personality. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels at managing multiple priorities, anticipating needs and maintaining confidentiality.

As the Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of both professional and personal matters for the individual you will be supporting. Role & responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage correspondence (email, phone calls, and other communications), ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • To prepare reports, and brief the executive on key matters, both personal and professional.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Manage daily tasks, prioritize requests, and ensure all deliverables are met on time.
  • Manage blue collared staff cordially.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting high-level professionals or executives.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
  • A calm and collected demeanour, Resourceful, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and able to manage confidential matters.

Preferred candidate profile

Proficiency in English / Hindi / Telegu
