Position Summary:
Overview: Re-platforming a multi-tenant insulin dosing platform to modern .NET. This role requires AI-native developers who can interpret legacy code, work modularly, and use LLM-based assistants to accelerate delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Modernize legacy CodeIgniter/Laravel codebase to .NET 6/8
- Expertise with Front End, Javascript and React based frameworks.
- Leverage AI tools for code conversion, documentation, and best-practice implementation.
- Write performant, modular, secure code for clinical-grade applications
- Collaborate with technical writers to annotate and document the codebase
Requirements:
- Expertise in .NET 6/8, SQL Server, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development (e.g., Copilot, Claude, Cursor)
- Ability to write and optimize complex SPs, and expertise with SQL
- Front End, Javascript and React based frameworks.
- Understanding of cloud-native principles for application development and deployment (Kubernetes, Terraform, Azure)
- Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA, FDA, or FedRAMP) preferred
Communication:
- Facilitates team and stakeholder meetings effectively
- Holds regular status meetings / scrum meeting
- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
- Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
- Astute cross-cultural awareness and experience in working with international teams (especially US)
