Job Description

Minimum 3 years of experience in wM Administration, including setup, operations, and support of the wM platform, with hands-on experience in at least two of the following products:

Integration Server (IS) on VM

IS MSR on Kubernetes

Managed File Transfer (MFT) API Gateway

Universal Messaging (UM)

API Gateway (APIGW)

Terracotta

Scripting and Automation Skills:

Ability to develop scripts for automation and tooling to manage the wM platform (e.g., housekeeping of log files).

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or equivalent.

Strong Triage Skills in Incident Support:

Capable of identifying root causes across infrastructure, network, wM product, or developer code layers.

Added Advantages (Preferred but not mandatory):

Experience operating all listed wM products.

Familiarity with AKS and Azure DevOps.

Proficient use of Dynatrace for deep analysis of wM platform health
