Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Solid understanding of network protocols, telecommunication technologies, and global telecom infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with LAN, WAN, and Voice infrastructure design and engineering.
• Expertise in landline telephony, including ToIP, VoIP, PSTN, SIP, SBC configuration, SIP trunking, and troubleshooting SIP traces.
• Knowledge of landline carrier services, contract structures, and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with legacy telephony platforms (Atos, Cisco, Alcatel) and Contact Center integrations.
• Experience deploying and maintaining softphones and cloud-based telephony solutions.
• Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Proven stakeholder management abilities.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to operate autonomously.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.

Qualifications:

• B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication or equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Network Engineering/Architecture with a focus on landline telephony services.
• Professional certifications preferred: Cisco CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
