Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs
Source, attract, and screen candidates for a variety of technical roles

Conduct interviews and assess candidates' technical skills
Coordinate interview schedules and assist in offer negotiations
Maintain an active candidate pipeline and manage the recruitment process
Stay updated on tech industry trends to identify the best talentWhat We're Looking For:
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter
Familiarity with IT terminology and job roles (e.g., software developers, network engineers, cybersecurity experts)
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical candidates
Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting tools
Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
