Job Description

We Syren are looking for a dedicated and seasoned Scrum Master to join our agile delivery team, focusing on data engineering projects within Azure cloud. The role entails championing Agile best practices, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the smooth delivery of top-notch software solutions.**Key Responsibilities:**

- Impediment Removal & Team Support
- Collaboration & Communication
- Continuous Improvement
- Education & Agile Advocacy**Preferred Certifications:**
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- Additional Agile certifications like SAFe, PMI-ACP, or ICP-ACC are advantageous.**Required Qualifications:**
- Demonstrated expertise as a Scrum Master in Agile software development settings
- Proficiency in data engineering projects, especially in Azure Cloud environments
- Thorough grasp of Agile principles, frameworks, and ceremonies
- Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership capabilities
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Role & responsibilities
