Job Description
- The Principal Learning Content Strategist Human Capital Management (HCM) role at Oracle University is an individual contributor position that requires a self-motivated professional. Your main responsibilities will include supporting Oracle University (OU) products, curating online subscription material aligned with the HCM Product Strategy, participating in content roadmap planning, and contributing to the development and recording of training content. You will be expected to identify, propose, design, and prototype new teaching methods, learner engagement techniques, and content for targeted job roles within Oracle University based on your experience in implementing Fusion HCM solutions for customers. Your role will involve driving transformation, innovation, and best practices for Oracle University products and services, ensuring strategic alignment, rollout, and execution of HCM-related educational offerings & programs within the Oracle University ecosystem. You must be eager to learn technology to support and deliver training using modern learning techniques in a fast-paced market and environment. What we love to see: - Passion for training and sharing knowledge! - 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM applications. - Practical knowledge and consulting field experience in Human Resources (Core HR, Benefits, Workforce Planning), Talent Management, and Workforce Management (Absence Management, Time and Labor). Responsibilities: 50% - Strategy & Planning: - Develop relationships with Product Development teams to embed training strategy in product planning and release cycles. - Align with Product Development and OU teams to develop and maintain training content roadmap planning. - Work with strategic partners to understand customer journey and implementation lifecycle methodologies. - Ensure adequate coverage of content in alignment with HCM Product Development, CSS, and OU priorities. - Monitor research and competitive landscape to recommend best solutions and ensure products remain best in class. - Collaborate with Oracle University leaders to support the identification and prioritization of programs and projects. 20% - Delivery & Execution: - Improve content impact and effectiveness through research studies, benchmark analysis, and competitive research. - Use knowledge of learning styles to deliver a variety of content types. - Drive content/curriculum proof of concept and design prototypes. - Support Delivery with content creation and recording. 30% - People: - Foster collaboration with Oracle University team members to drive value and resolve impediments. - Advocate for end users and stakeholders. - Work with Product Development teams to assess progress and disseminate lessons learned. - Contribute to learning activities around modern content design approaches. Qualifications and Competencies: - 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced functional implementation environment with an emphasis on Cloud. - Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud technology environment with experience in client-facing roles. - Soft skills: Balancing stakeholders, business insight, collaboration, effective communication, innovation, customer focus, vision, interpersonal skills, managing complexity, nimble learning, organizational savvy, situational adaptability, empathy, and global perspective. - Career Level: IC4,
