Job Description

This role involves responding to customer inquiries across phone, email, chat and social media, providing accurate information, ensuring customer or Partner satisfaction through professional interactions and escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.  

 Work Experience Required - 1 to 3 years |  Location - Noida: Sector 125 (Work from office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through positive and professional interactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or specialized departments.
