The ideal candidate will possess expertise in the following areas:Key Responsibilities:AdministrationManage and maintain ServiceNow instances and configurations.ScriptingDevelop and implement scripts to automate workflows and processes.IntegrationIntegrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.CMDBOversee Configuration Management Database (CMDB) activities and ensure data accuracy.Application DevelopmentDesign, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.ITSMImplement and manage IT Service Management (ITSM) processes within ServiceNow.Service ProviderCollaborate with service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.Qualifications:Proven experience in ServiceNow administration and development.Strong scripting skills (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell).Experience with system integrations and CMDB management.Proficiency in ITSM processes and application development.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
