Job Title: ServiceNow Reporting Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)
Shift: 3 pm to 12 am IST
About the Role: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow professional to support our client in developing
and optimizing reports, dashboards, and data analytics. The role will involve close collaboration with
client stakeholders to provide actionable insights that improve operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
Analyze data trends to identify process improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with internal leads and client teams to gather requirements and translate them into
effective reporting solutions.
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of data in all reports.
Provide recommendations based on data insights to support business decision-making.
Requirements:
Proven experience working with ServiceNow reporting and dashboard creation for at least 5
years.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow data structures and reporting capabilities.
Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work at least partially overlapping with US time zones.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in process improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with other reporting/analytics tools.
