Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Experience: 4+ years

Job Description: We're seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient DevOps pipelines. You'll work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI
• Manage and optimize infrastructure resources (AWS, Azure, GCP, or on-premises) for high availability and scalability
• Develop and maintain scripts for automation, deployment, and monitoring
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of DevOps practices and tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing DevOps pipelines and infrastructure
• Implement and maintain security best practices and compliance standards
• Monitor and optimize application performance, identifying areas for improvement

Technical Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps or a related field
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Ruby, or Bash
• Experience with containerization using Docker and container orchestration using Kubernetes
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards
• Familiarity with service mesh technologies like Istio or Linkerd
• Experience with AIOps and machine learning-based monitoring tools
• Knowledge of databases and data storage solutions

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends
