Job Description
Job Title: Senior IT Recruiter
Experience: 3+ Years
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Work Type: Full-time, Work from Office (5 days/week)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our growing HR team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent across a variety of roles and technologies. Youll play a key role in shaping our tech teams by identifying and attracting high-quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define job descriptions.
- Source candidates using a variety of platforms including LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate technical interviews.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for critical tech roles (e.g., Developers, Data Engineers, Data Scientist, SAP etc.).
- Negotiate salary and close offers within defined timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and new sourcing techniques.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate).
- Strong knowledge of technical roles, skills, and hiring processes.
- Proficiency in using sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Experience working with ATS and HR software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
