Job Title: Java Developer

Experience: 3 to 10 Years

Location: Pune (Onsite/Hybrid depending on client/project)

Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled and passionate Java Developers with 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java technologies and frameworks, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude to contribute to high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in software architecture discussions and code reviews.
• Work closely with front-end developers, QA, DevOps, and other team members.
• Debug and resolve technical issues and defects across environments.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Required Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Core Java, J2EE, and OOPs concepts.
• Proficiency in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture.
• Good understanding of Hibernate/JPA for ORM.
• Experience with SQL and Relational Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Experience with Unit Testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.

Good to Have (Optional):

• Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Docker).
• Knowledge of Message Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (Angular/React) is a plus.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
